Data use and attribution

This is a Trade-Schools.net filtered, joined, and ranked compilation for 12
occupations. It is not a copy of either source's complete workbook, bulk
download, or API response.

BLS states that its published material is in the public domain and asks users
to cite BLS:

The state projections are attributed to the Projections Managing Partnership's
Projections Central service and the individual state source URL included in
each row. Projections Central does not publish an explicit reuse license on the
source pages reviewed for this release. Do not describe those inputs as CC0 or
as Trade-Schools.net-owned data, and check the source providers' current terms
before redistributing the projection fields independently.

Trade-Schools.net calculated the relative-wage ratio, annualized growth rate,
net jobs added per year, flags, and ranks. Source agencies and Projections
Central do not endorse this compilation.

Interpretation rules
--------------------
Projected annual openings are estimates across the projection period, not
current vacancies. Relative pay compares the occupation median wage with the
same state's all-occupations median and is not cost-of-living adjusted.
Location quotient measures concentration, not a worker shortage. Missing values
are not zero. Projection bases below 500 jobs are flagged.

Ranks use competition ranking within each occupation. Ties share a rank. Net
jobs added per year uses Projections Central's reported numeric change divided
by 10 because 155 source rows do not exactly reconcile when subtracting the
source's rounded endpoint employment values.
