2 Year - Associate of Applied Science Degree
Virginia College’s Salon Management Occupational Associate Degree program offers the licensed cosmetologist an opportunity to earn an associate degree by completing additional requirements in management and general education. The first five quarters include area of concentration classes that must be completed in order for the student to sit for the Mississippi State Board of Cosmetology licensing examination. Once a license is issued, the student may continue with the general education and electives classes.
This program is designed to prepare students with the opportunity to successfully own, operate, or manage a beauty salon.
