You can become a maintenance person for buildings of all sizes and purposes, right from hospitals to apartments. You just need to take the Building Maintenance Mechanic program at Vatterott College.

You will take a detailed look at refrigeration, heating, plumbing, wiring, and carpentry. You will learn about electrical theory as it relates to HVAC systems.
