Resident Care Attendant Diploma

Is caregiving a role you feel most comfortable in, but you require the skills to land a job in the health care profession? UCW Academy of Health's Resident Care Attendant Diploma program can provide you with specialized training to work as caregiver for elderly and special needs patients.

If you are interested in being a Long-term Care Aide, Home Health Care Worker, or Residential Care Attendant, you can benefit from 27 weeks of classroom instruction and clinical care supervised learning. You will learn to collect data, monitor patient health, and support patients’ family members, as well as gain skills to care for elderly individuals with conditions such as Alzheimer’s and dementia.
