You can learn how to maintain and repair vehicles in the Automotive Technology - A.A.S. program. The courses are actually taught at an automotive center: the Harlem Auto Mall complex. This gives you the opportunity to work in a real shop environment and learn with the tools and equipment that are used in the industry.
Not only will you learn to work with the mechanical components of vehicles, you will also understand warranty policies, work orders, and cost estimates. You can graduate with the knowledge and hands-on skills needed to become an Automotive Technician, Diagnostic Technician, or Parts Manager.
