Hospitality Management 24 Month - Associate Program
There are a wide variety of lodging establishments found today, everything from the basic bed and breakfast to cruise liners to elaborate resorts. These types of businesses require individuals who are trained in a variety of hospitality areas to ensure their customers are treated appropriately. These areas include computerized reservation systems, customer service, basic accounting, housekeeping, facilities, and food and beverage systems.
The objective of the Hospitality Management Program is to provide graduates with the skills and knowledge that will enable them to qualify for entry-level positions in the many different types of lodging facilities available to tourist and business travelers. These positions include, but are not limited to, Front Desk Operator, Facilities Manager, and Assistant Manager.
