Electronics and Avionics professionals understand, design, and implement the latest technologies that are used in aircraft, such as jets and helicopters. There is considerable demand for qualified technicians to work with these advanced electronic and avionics systems.
You'll learn how to install, troubleshoot and maintain sophisticated electronic components and systems, such as

The Advanced Electronics Technology program offered at Redstone College provides the theoretical knowledge and the hands-on training needed to prepare students for challenging careers in the field of aviation electronics and avionics. Graduates of the program have the skills needed for rewarding entry-level positions working with aerospace manufacturing companies, commercial airlines, general aviation operations, and other employers throughout the aviation industry.
The Advanced Electronics Technology program also prepares students for the FCC General Radiotelephone License Test and the ISCET Associates Test. Also, students may earn seven different Bendix-King equipment certifications issued by Redstone College of Aviation Technology.
