You have a natural way of interacting with babies and young children. You may even feel an extra drive within yourself to affect the lives of young people, especially those with special needs. Through this program, you'll learn to use the teacher’s lesson plan to provide individualized attention to students for each lesson, assist and supervise students in a classroom setting, and create and maintain an effective learning environment. As a graduate of the program you'll be qualified to become a teaching assistant or child care-giver in a nursery school, pre-school, primary school, or day care center.
