Located in a new campus in the St. Louis county suburb of Ladue, L’Ecole Culinaire offers an educational opportunity for the career-minded chef.
You will experience hands-on learning and career-based instruction with professionals in the St. Louis culinary industry. L’Ecole Culinaire campus consists of classrooms and culinary and baking kitchen labs, a demonstration kitchen and will feature a simulated restaurant.
L’Ecole Culinaire prepares students for a career in the culinary industry by offering a Diploma in Culinary Essentials and Associate degrees in Occupational Sciences in both Culinary Arts.
Students complete ten-week internships in St. Louis' foodservice facilities, including restaurants, hotels, country clubs, casinos, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, and food purveyors. All Students will apply real-world training in culinary sciences with community service opportunities built into the program.
