Professional Culinary Arts Diploma

As you begin your Professional Culinary Arts coursework, you will start with the basics. This includes culinary terms, stock and soup making, and oils and vinegars. You will then move to cold cuisine, and baking and pastry techniques. This is where you will learn about salads, sandwiches, cheese, breads, custards, and more.

The last section of your coursework focuses on developing advanced culinary skills. For your final project, you will work with other students as you would in a real restaurant, creating a full menu to serve to invited family and friends. This allows you to work through the entire cooking process from beginning to end, setting you up for success in a real restaurant environment. It will not be long before you are tantalizing taste buds and making mouths water!
