Please Note: This is not a formal application to the school. When you actually apply, there will be a $100 nonrefundable application fee. The cost of the core curriculum is currently $12,000. Although some financial aid (in the form of a loan) is available, you will be required to pay a deposit of $6000 toward your core tuition and you will be required to pay for housing. Basic dive gear is required and is available for purchase at the Institute. A high school diploma or GED is required of all applicants. The applicant must be 18 years of age or older. Prior diving experience is not required, as IDI will train you.
