You will work on a team and assist the dentist. Therefore, you must be reliable and possess good manual dexterity. You will be the direct link between the dentist and the patients meaning your excellent interpersonal and communication skills are an asset. You will develop skills in patient education, chairside assisting, laboratory procedures, and front office management.
