The Pharmacy Technician program at Everest College teaches you how to aid licensed pharmacists by providing medication and other health care products to clients. You will obtain a strong academic and clinical background in the areas of pharmacy administration, pharmacology, health care systems, and digestive, respiratory, and reproductive systems. It is also important for you to develop mathematical and organizational skills, as they are needed to manage inventories, and count and measure medication. Completion of this program allows you to find employment in both health care facilities and retail establishments.
