Culinard’s 36-week Culinary Arts Diploma is your ticket into the culinary industry. This program offers students a solid background in various disciplines relating to the hospitality/food services industry.
The culinary arts program provides practical, realistic hands-on training. Students will have the opportunity to learn:
- Fundamental, intermediate, and advanced food production skills
- Fundamental baking skills
- Garde manger
- Viniculture
- Basic nutrition
Courses cover a broad spectrum of food service management skills, including:
- Interpersonal (leadership and communication)
- Operational (sanitation, inventory, menu planning and dining room service)
