You will complete five modules of training. The first three are completed at CCI and the fourth actually takes you to Italy! You will learn at the Italian Culinary Institute for Foreigners (ICIF) in Monferrato, Italy. This module consists of approximately three weeks of study. The final module is a 300-hour externship.
