Medical Assistant

You will be ready to take patient histories and vital signs, prepare patients for procedures, and assist the physician with exams and treatments. You'll help maintain infection control, collect and process specimens, perform selected diagnostic tests, and prepare and administer medications as directed by the physician. You will also be able to move to the front desk and schedule appointments, complete medical transcriptions, handle telephone calls and written correspondence, and manage the practice's finances.
