Cosmetology Diploma
The objective of the Cosmetology Diploma program is to train students in providing services that improve personal appearance. This includes manicuring, pedicuring, facials, and hair cutting, styling, and coloring. Students will practice performing services in the salon clinic and on mannequins in the classroom.
In addition to cosmetology skills, students will develop understanding of business and sales principles, professional ethics, and Florida State laws.
This program meets the requirements for the Florida State Board of Cosmetology examination and graduates must pass the exam to receive a license and begin a career in cosmetology.
